This pic represents a time capsule if you think about it. The little newborn fellow in Great Great Grandmas arms is just beginning his journey while the wonderful woman holding him is closer to the end of her journey.
We all start our journey through life with a water content of around 75% and as we travel through our lives our water content goes down. This comes as a part of aging. We all do it.
I guess what I'm trying to say is drinking water is so important in all our lives. Drink water with quality and drink it often!
